Our services:

We specialize in three main areas:

• Working with small to mid-size non-profit performing arts and educational organizations to develop a strong case for support that can unify the main organizational stakeholders and codify their forward-facing messaging (including strategic planning, crisis management, institutional funding and board / staff / artist relations). We also provide Board training on artistic and administration optimization and function.

• Consulting with individual artists who are considering a career change from performance into arts administration. We offer one-on-one consultation to discuss goals, assess skills and provide material support. 

• Training performing arts students at the college level about the structure and function of a non-profit organization so that they may thrive within the organizations where they will find work, and so that they will have the knowledge to appropriately forge their own entrepreneurial path. We offer half and full-day seminars to higher learning institutions and performing arts training programs.
